Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Attribufi ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Attribufi measures how brands appear across AI answer engines and connects that data to traffic and pipeline analytics you provide. Features and pricing are described at /pricing.

3. Accounts & billing

A 14-day free trial begins when you create a workspace. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription to a plan. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity in your workspace.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data. Don't attempt to reverse engineer proprietary detection logic.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to data you submit (brands, prompts, connected analytics data). You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (Google Analytics, HubSpot, AI model providers). Their terms apply to your use of those services, and outages or changes on their side may affect the Service.

7. Termination

You may cancel any time from your workspace billing page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms with notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee AI-model outputs, third-party data accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
